As you may know already, Volkswagen confirmed the new Audi S1 last week when the manufacturer ruled out the rumors regarding the Polo R in order to protect the upcoming car from Audi.

The new Audi S1 will carry a 1.4-liter turbocharged and supercharged engine used in the Polo GTI which will deliver 180 hp and mated to the same seven-speed double-clutch gearbox. As this wasn’t enough, Audi accidentally revealed the European pricing for the sporty hatchback: the new S1 using the S-Tronic gearbox will be priced from €28,360!
