ABT Audi R8 Spyder

As one of the best tuners of VW Group cars, ABT Sportline cannot miss any of their productions, and it makes on difference if it’s the tiny VW Polo or the awesome Audi R8 Spyder. So here’s their package for the latest drop-top supersport from Inglostadt. You get a massive body kit, and a bit more power for the engine.

As for the body, the front-end is heavily modified with new mesh grilles for the air intakes and steel bars for the front grille. The highlight of this part is the new vertical bars in the bumper which incorporate LED lights. There’s also a carbon fiber spoiler lip here. Carbon fiber is also used to make the side skirts, rear wing and rear diffuser. The back-end of the R8 also features four nicely arranged exhaust pipes.

This body kit is indeed very cool, but it’s also very expensive at 40,000 euros! But it includes those 20-inch black wheels.

For the engine ABT modifications are good for an extra 75 hp. So instead of 525 hp that 5.2 liter TFSI V10 now kicks out 600 hp, which means zero to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and top speed of 320 km/h. The cost of this speed is 7,900 euros.
