Countless reports have stated that Audi is currently underway developing a new supercar better than a McLaren P1.
The new model is said to be very different from the R8, and use technology from the Le Mans winning R18 vehicles. Details are very limited as this story only surfaced from Audi’s head of technical development, Wolfgang Durheimer.
Speculation suggests power could be around 700hp with 1000lb-ft of torque, 0-62mph around 3 seconds, and a top speed over 200mph.

New Porsche Model Called The 919?

It has recently been posted that Porsche registered the numbers '919' with a patent office in Germany.

Considering the 918 Spyder has been confirmed, it leads to believe that the two new talked about models (known as the 929 and 961) are possibilities. The 929 title has been loosely associated with the new Panamera Coupe being developed, leaving the 961 as the most likely option.

The 961 current info suggests that it will be based off the 918 in coupe fashion. It's thought to use the same mid-engine turbocharged V8, tuned up around 600hp and not have the hybrid technology.

Porsche's CEO Matthias Müller has confirmed a new mid-engine supercar is on the way. It is expected to be revealed in 2013 as a 2014 model and compete with the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4...... Will it be the unnamed 919?

2014 Porsche Cayman Turbo Coming?

It's rumored that Porsche will introduce the first ever production Cayman Turbo model next year.

With the recent debut of the Cayman and Cayman S model, it was apparent to note that both cars shared the same styling and did not have Porsche's now signature front LED's. This does point the direction of a top model and more aggressive Cayman as a possibility. Another note to mention is the buzz we have heard all year about Porsche's new flat-4 cylinder turbo engine. The believed 2.5L Turbo powerplant is rumored to have 350hp and of course offer great fuel efficiency.

Insiders are suggesting that the Turbo Cayman and most likely Boxster could debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in mid-September as a 2014 model.

2014 Audi TT Rendering

With limited details about the third generation Audi TT, Fourtitude.com was still able to come up with a possible rendering. The aggressive/sharp styling is based on the Quattro Concept, and that isn't a bad thing since the concept brought a lot of positive attention. If the next TT looks anything like this, it will surely be another hit. Official debut is rumored to be sometime in 2013 as a 2014 model.

Audi RS1 Finally Coming?

Images have surfaced of a new Audi reportedly filed with the European trademark office. These photos look very familiar of an Audi RS1. Obviously based on the A1 with aggressive bodywork and wing. If these are real, the Audi RS1 could be closer than we think.
The A1 Quattro concept was powered by the 2.0L turbo four-cylinder with 256hp. The RS1 is rumored to have a detuned version of the 2.5L five-cylinder turbo. Perhaps the long awaited RS1 will soon be here to please the masses.

In a recent report from Auto Express, it states that VW will introduce a new top-down approach styling with the 2015 Phaeton. VW styling boss Klaus Bischoff admitted the current (Golf) bottom-up styling theme is a mistake. He also stated that each model will have its own flavor, saying “There will be a specific look for saloons, one for our SUVs, one for the people carriers and one for our hatchbacks."
With the stage set, the debut of the next Phaeton has a lot riding it to be the "Halo" model.
